At Green Hotel, we offer an authentic culinary experience with a strong focus on local and sustainable ingredients. Our philosophy is to cook from scratch with care, carefully selecting fresh and flavorful ingredients from nearby producers. By working with seasonal produce and local suppliers, we aim to offer both delicious and sustainable meals that provide our guests with a memorable dining experience.

Drinks

Pairing food and drinks is truly an experience! At Green Hotel, we are proud to offer a selection of local beers from carefully chosen microbreweries in Dalarna, giving our guests the chance to discover local craftsmanship. Additionally, we have an exciting collaboration with Dardania Wine, offering unique wines from Kosovo. By combining local brews and Kosovan wines with our freshly prepared meals, we create a dining experience that is both delicious and sustainable.
