Our chef Morten Paulsen chooses ingredients with great care and follows seasons when setting the menus. Under a weekly menu, you can see what kind of meals we serve. We respect the environment and sustainability so we buy resources from producers nearby.
Our wine list consists of classic vines from the new world. We offer vine package that compliments each meal differently. In our assortment, you also find beers from a brewery in Leksand and Mora.
I just say one thing, Scramble eggs, what lovely scrambled eggs I have visited many hotels in my days and ate a lot of scrambled eggs. But this was amazing.
