Our head chef Håkan Eklund chooses ingredients with care and follows the season when planning menus. We protect the environment and short transport times when we largely buy from our local producers. Our potatoes come from the neighboring village of Häradsbygden and the Rainbow is fished directly from Siljan. Go under this week’s menu for a taste of what we serve. We work with ideas that go from farm to table, where we weave respect for the environment as much as our well-being into both everyday life and parties.

Drink

Our wine list is classic with elements from the new world. We offer wine packages that are carefully composed to our menus for the best taste experience and in our range of beers you will find several varieties from our local breweries.
