During the Advent weekends, we serve our classic Christmas buffet featuring all the familiar flavours of the season.
Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch using Swedish ingredients and locally sourced produce whenever possible. The buffet includes our own pickled herring, house-cured salmon, freshly glazed Christmas ham, warm festive favourites, and a delightful selection of traditional Christmas desserts.
The evening begins with a warming cup of mulled wine by the fireplace in the lobby before you take your seat for the Christmas buffet.
