Welcome to Lissjul at Green Hotel – a festive day filled with warmth, flavors and true Christmas spirit here in beautiful Tällberg.
On Saturday, December 6th, 11 AM – 5 PM, we invite you to a cozy celebration for the whole family.
During the day
We serve a Christmas porridge lunch with ham and herring between 12 PM and 2 PM.
Throughout the day, enjoy saffron buns, gingerbread, coffee, hot chocolate and mulled wine out on the courtyard.
Warm yourself by the open fires, roast marshmallows, or grill sausages in our log shelter – grill packages with bread are available to purchase.
Evening – Christmas Buffet from 5 PM
As evening falls and the candles are lit, we open our doors to the traditional Swedish Christmas buffet (julbord).
A festive evening filled with classic dishes, local delicacies and homemade desserts – the perfect way to end a magical day.
Christmas Market & Activities
Explore our small market on the courtyard, offering treats from Green Hotel such as our cookies, müsli and Christmas bread, as well as handcrafted items from Insjöns Väveri, Terrible Twins and Kerstin Landström.
Children can enjoy crafts, gingerbread decorating and Christmas card making, and everyone is welcome to take their own holiday photo in our outdoor photo corner – with or without Santa.
There will be live music by Maria & Friends, and horse-drawn rides through the village for those who wish to experience a true Swedish winter feeling.
You can also join a treasure hunt, quiz walk or art trail around the hotel.
