Welcome to lunch at Green Hotel in Tällberg, beautifully located with views over Lake Siljan. We serve a daily lunch menu prepared with care, featuring classic Swedish dishes and seasonal ingredients.

Whole-roasted rapeseed-fed pork with thyme jus, root vegetables and crispy onions

Tuesday
Pan-fried hake served with boiled potatoes from Häradsbygden, vegetables and a foamy dill beurre blanc

Wednesday
Venison stew served with mashed potatoes and lingonberries

Thursday
Breaded pollock fillet served with boiled potatoes from Häradsbygden, peas and parsley aioli

Friday
Baked chicken thigh served with roasted root vegetables, blue cheese sauce, apricot and spinach

Saturday
Fish and seafood stew served with prawns, boiled potatoes, aioli and fennel crudités

Sunday
Whole-roasted rapeseed-fed pork with roasted potatoes, caponata and red wine sauce
