New Year’s Package
Winter has arrived, and the landscape around Tällberg looks like a scene from a fairytale, with snow-laden branches and soft white drifts lining the road to the village. Welcome to celebrate New Year’s Eve with us at Green Hotel, where the lounges and dining rooms are beautifully decorated and the open fire in the lobby greets you with warmth and the scent of burning wood. Settle in with a cup of hot chocolate by the fire, unwind and relax – or head out to the ski trail to sharpen your technique. In Tällberg you’ll find a 7-kilometre track perfect for gentle skiing, while those seeking more of a challenge will find additional trails in the surrounding area (car required).
Our rooms offer a range of comforts – from charming, personally decorated spaces to our exclusive Exclusive rooms featuring a whirlpool bath, steam sauna, and breathtaking views of Lake Siljan.
On New Year’s Eve, we serve a festive four-course dinner that can be complemented by a carefully selected wine package. As the clock strikes midnight, we toast with champagne to welcome the new year.
The package is available in two options: a two-night stay including daily breakfast, two dinners and one lunch; or a three-night stay including daily breakfast, three dinners and two lunches.
Both options include our New Year’s Eve four-course dinner featuring: Green’s cured salmon on rye bread with mustard and dill sauce, creamy fennel soup with seared scallop and chives, oven-roasted venison tenderloin with lingonberry jus and a potato terrine flavoured with Västerbotten cheese and thyme, and lemon mousse for dessert.
