New Year’s Dinner 2025/2026

On New Year’s Eve, we invite you to a festive four-course New Year’s dinner. The evening can begin with a glass of welcome drink by the fireplace, which can be purchased at the bar on site, before taking your seat to enjoy our carefully composed menu.

New Year’s Eve Menu:

Green’s cured salmon on rye bread with mustard-dill sauce

Creamy fennel soup with seared scallop and chives

Oven-baked venison loin with lingonberry sauce and a potato terrine flavored with Västerbotten cheese and thyme

Lemon mousse to finish

As midnight approaches, we gather to toast the new year with a glass of sparkling wine over Lake Siljan.
